AnkerCaravan Berlin Unveils Micro 240: Europe's Smallest Camping Caravan

Düsseldorf, Germany – AnkerCaravan Berlin has revealed the Micro 240, a diminutive yet surprisingly functional caravan measuring just 2.4 meters in length. This compact campervan, based on the Micro 2.4 model, is designed for European markets and offers a complete micro-camping experience.

Micro 240: A Compact Solution

The Micro 240 weighs in at just 440 kg (empty) and has a maximum permitted weight of 750 kg. It’s built on a hot-dip galvanized steel chassis and an aluminum subframe, featuring composite panels and fiberglass for durability. The caravan boasts a comfortable interior standing height of 2.45 meters.

Features and Configurations

Available in two versions, the Micro 240 caters to different needs. The basic model is ideal for couples and prioritizes self-sufficiency, while the three-bed version is equipped with solar panels and heating, suitable for shorter trips. Standard features include an AL-KO torsion axle without brakes, four AL-KO stabilizers, and an external shower.

Import and Customization

AnkerCaravan Berlin imports the caravans from Turkey, fully furnished, and adds optional extras like solar panels, heating, a stove, and a toilet. All units are rigorously tested to meet European regulations before being sold to customers.

A Growing Caravan Community

With over 80 caravans occupying a rugby club’s fields, Ankaravan is experiencing high demand, stating they are “just sending out invitations to come camping.” The Micro 240 aims to be considered Europe’s smallest caravan, offering a convenient and compact solution for glamping enthusiasts.
